Therapy for anxiety, life transitions, & interpersonal issues.
Therapists Jack Szary, LMHC-D & Lindsay Levine, LMHCYou're handling everything, and it's wearing you down. Therapy to get you out of survival mode.
Online therapy for New York City and across New York State.
Clients come to us when things are getting hard... and they're tired of:
Running on empty and calling it normal
Overthinking every conversation after it ends
Holding it together for everyone else
Feeling stuck in the same patterns
They come to us when they're ready to find the way back to themselves.
People reach out when something stops working: a job, a relationship, a season of life, a version of themselves they've outgrown. You don't need to hit bottom first. Being ready for something different is enough.
Our Therapy Specialties
Anxiety
Anxiety is exhausting, even when you're managing it well on the outside. We use CBT-based tools to help you interrupt the worry cycle and stop bracing for what might go wrong.

A new job, a new city, a new role, or an ending you didn't choose. We help you find your footing when the ground shifts.
Interpersonal Issues
Relationships shouldn't feel like constant work with nothing to show for it. We help you communicate clearly, set limits, and stay connected without losing yourself.

Jack Szary, LMHC-D
Therapist
Hi, I'm Jack.
I work with people who are good at holding it together: professionals, high achievers, the ones everyone else leans on. Most of my clients come to me with anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, or a life that looks right on paper but doesn't feel right. My style is active and collaborative. I draw on CBT and ACT-based approaches, ask direct questions, and give you tools to practice between sessions. I also have a particular focus on men's mental health and making therapy a place men actually want to be.
Lindsay Levine, LMHC
Therapist
Hi, I'm Lindsay.
I sit with people in the seasons that reshape a life: grief and loss, pregnancy and postpartum, parenting stress, relationship changes, and transitions you didn't see coming. My clients are often carrying a lot for other people and haven't had much room for their own experience. In our work, you'll have that room, along with practical support for what's right in front of you.

Starting Therapy Together
-
1) Free Consultation
We offer every new client a free consultation. It's your chance to ask any questions and see what it's like to work together.
-
2) Intake Session
If it feels right, we'll schedule your first intake session. It's an hour-long conversation where we go deeper into what's bringing you to therapy and what you want from it.
-
3) Ongoing Work
Then we get to work. Sessions are practical and focused on what's actually going on in your life. You'll leave with things to try, not just things to think about.
